Meet the Team
“great companies are made out of great people”

Ladi Goc
Founder & CEO
Ladi is the chief architect and CEO of Expert4me a.s. He is both the initial and the driving force behind the product. The main strategist and the seeker of the light.
An established ‘Foxbase guru’ back in the day, Ladi is a serial entrepreneur having establish at least six successful businesses. We lost count. He used to build professional audio and video studios, he is a co-author of the first online dispute resolution system for domains (www.adr.eu), and for e-commerce (http://www.youstice.com). Finally, he was co-founder and acting CEO of the established software company www.icewarp.com for 14 years.
Ladi is a serious tinkerer and best relaxes when ‘making stuff’ with his hands – be it shelves, electronic robots, stained glass sculptures, bird houses or… anything.

Vojtěch Žoha
CTO, Lead Developer
Vojta is leading both the web and Android development teams, and oversees external developers. Just as importantly, he keeps the whole thing running day to day. He’s personally responsible for much of the backend of the online editors.
He is a Web Software engineer by education, trade, and heart since he has been involved in networked IT since he was just 13.
When he’s not coding or helping our customers, you may find him getting experimental in his gourmet kitchen.

Eduard Fedorcak
General Manager
Eda has been most instrumental in getting Litabis to the first wave of customers as he spearheaded and oversaw implementation by AVE hotels. He was also personally involved in the development of InfoPad & InfoTV Hardware, and he is our resident expert in converting TVs to touch screens. In fact, he holds the record for the highest number of touch TV kindergarden installations in the country.
Before Litabis, Eda lead the sales team of Czech Insurance, one of the major companies in the country.
He is a retired supersonic jet pilot (take it in. Yes. He used to fly Mach3 jets.) who enjoys a competitive round of golf. Oh, and he’s not much into breakfast or dinner. He like his lunches, though.

Filip Goč
Marketing Manager
Filip’s biggest strength and joy is to imagine complex user behavior flows and see how those could come into harmony with the product’s information flows. He believes form must follow function; while at the same time he postulates that both beauty and pleasure are functional.
Before Litabis, he has worked for years as a freelance Learning Interaction Designer working on a variety of projects for Harvard, MIT, Emerson College, College of Liverpool and more. He’s designed anything from a mobile game promoting literacy development to a workshop on design thinking.
He enjoys hiking in the mountains, swimming in lakes at night, swing dancing, bread baking, and a good pseudo intellectual banter.

Jaroslav Hejlek
Stand-by Senior Developer
Jarda was heavily involved in development of Litabis frontend, and its API. That is, he worked on making all the devices talk to each other (browsers with tablets, TVs with phones, and any combination therein).
Both before and after Litabis, Jarda has worked on a variety of IT productions. He is currently a freelance consultant and occasional developer currently advising multiple international start-ups.
When not analyzing the fits of technologies, ideas and markets, he is either learning or teaching one of many forms of his beloved martial arts. Most proficient in aikido, taekwondo, and jujutsu.

Jiří Plachý
Stand-by CTO
Jirka is a very very very private person.
I mean; a very private person.
He likes his privacy.
It’s the way he is .

Libor Váchal
Junior Developer
Libor has collaborated mostly on the frontend of Litabis application, even though he also helped out with 3d party service integrations.
He is also interested in data visualization and working on his Masters in Information Systems in the moment.
When not bent over graphic tablet, he likes riding all things smelling of gasoline; notably motorbikes, and playing all things not smelling of gasoline; notably guitars.

Josef Hrodek
Junior Developer
Josef is an Andoid guy and has been responsible for much of the GuestChat application.
Currently working on his Masters in Information Technologies in Pardubice; close to Prague.
Out of work it’s all about the sports (and a girl, but that’s personal). Hockey, floorball, soccer…
